Delta is an association created in 2009 with the aim of working for the effective development of orphaned children and children abandoned to themselves, homeless in society. The objectives of the NGO DELTA are to assist poor children, to fight against prostitution, theft and delinquency of children, to work for the education and health monitoring of children and to prepare the future of children.
